Youth Ministry

YOUTH MINISTRY

​WCAG Youth is a multi-cultural youth family located in Chesterfield, MO. We are comprised of students from 6th-12th grade, with a particular emphasis on small groups, discipleship, and building a family atmosphere. We hold weekly services, and discipleship ministries, for both Middle School and High School students along with regular activities that foster connection and community.

Middle School Ministries

Middle School Growth Group

  • Leaders: Pastor Tina & Eric Allen (314) 434-1058 x. 4

  • Date & Time - Sundays @ 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM

  • Location – Room L217

  • What to Expect – We study various Scripture passages in-depth, discuss it and learn how to apply it to our life.  This semester we will look at:  Pursued by a Promise, God Questions, When God shows Up, and Great Expectations: God’s Timeless Commands.   

    Middle School Small Group

  • Leader: Pastor Tina  and Eric Allen (314) 434-1058 x. 4

  • Date & Time - 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Location – Rooms L301 (Youth Chapel) & L217 (MS Room

  • What to Expect – After a combined time of worship, our Middle School teens are dismissed to their small group for a message geared to topics and Scriptures that help develop and strengthen their relationship with God.  

   Events/Activities

  • Each semester we have 2-3 activities for our Middle School teens. We combine with the High School teens at least 1 time a semester for an event.

High School Ministries

High School Growth Group

  • Date & Time – Sundays @ 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM

  • Location – Room L302

  • What to Expect – We study different areas of Scripture in-depth, discuss it, and learn how to apply it to our lives.


High School Services

  • Date & Time – 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Wednesdays @ 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Location – Room L301, Youth Room

  • What to Expect – After a combined time of worship with Middle School Students, our High School Students stay in the youth chapel to hear a relevant message from God’s Word. We are often challenged to respond to God’s Word in times of prayer, reflection, and small group discussions.

 
Events/Activities

  • We have at least one activity a month for our High School students in order to foster community. We will combine with the Middle School teens at least 1 time a semester for an event.

Other Ministry Opportunities

ONE NIGHT - Monthly Middle School & High School Joint Youth Service

  • Date & Time – 1st Wednesday of the month @ 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Location – Room L301, Youth Room

  • What to Expect –   On the first Wednesday of each month, our Middle School and High School teens come together for a joint service. We enjoy a time of worship, teaching, prayer, pizza, and hang-out time.

  Teen Ministry Opportunities in the Church

  • Date & Time - Sundays @ Various times

  • Ministries Available for Teen Leaders:  Early Childhood Ministries, Elementary Ministries, Kidz Check-in Ministry, Coffee Bar Ministry, Greeter Ministry, Usher Ministry, Seasonal Choir Ministry, Orchestra Ministry, Tech Team, Worship Team, and Worship Band

    • How to Apply: All teens desiring to minister in one of these areas, must complete a Teen Leader Volunteer Form and submit it to Pastor Tina for the area Ministry Leader’s approval.   CLICK HERE TO APPLY
